From me to you...
I’m so glad you found your way to my page.
Therapy can be a protected space that allows you to slow down enough to explore yourself & your experiences without judgement. A place where you can vocalize things, maybe for the first time, & focus on you. Maybe you’re here because you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of repeating patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’re navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, disordered eating, relationship struggles, or a big life transition. Or, maybe you’re exploring your identity, sexuality, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of self. You don’t have to figure it all out alone - I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
"Where will my sessions be?"
Our sessions can be in-person at my Issaquah office or via telehealth, with flexible scheduling. My office is quiet, comfortable, private, & always stocked with snacks & beverages.
"What will my session be like?"
My therapeutic approach is collaborative & client-centered. We will likely laugh, cry, & everything in between. I utilize a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy, & Solution-Focused Therapy.
"What if we're not a good fit?"
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy, & my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable. Finding the right therapist matters, & if we ever feel like we aren’t the best fit, I’ll support you in finding someone who is.
